Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive driving instruction focusing on defensive driving techniques and road safety.
- Teach and enforce local traffic laws and regulations during lessons.
- Evaluate and monitor the progress of each learner, providing constructive feedback.
- Manage and coordinate a team of five driving instructors, ensuring efficient scheduling and quality control.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with learners to address their questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and licensing documentation.
- Ensure all vehicles and training materials are in good working condition and properly maintained.
- Organize and conduct theory sessions where necessary to cover road safety and regulations.
- Promote a positive learning environment that encourages safe and confident driving practices.
- Comply with all organizational policies and local regulatory requirements related to driver education.
- Handle office-related administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the driving school.
