Key Responsibilities
- Platform upgrades (testing and changes)
- Service request configuration
- Forms and workflow
- Reporting and dashboards
- Data imports
- Platform integration via the API.
- Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features and functionality.
- Train other team members on ServiceNow development practices as needed.
- Own ServiceNow Administrator tasks.
- Understanding of ITIL / ITSM best practices
Key skills (the more of these you can demonstrate, the better):
- Understanding daily operations and mapping with ServiceNow
- Expertise with developing JavaScript customisations within ServiceNow
- PHP, JavaScript, MYSQL, HTML/CSS, and XML
- Previous experience with Reporting
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification Preferred
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification Preferred
- ITIL Certification Preferred
