Our roadmap includes initiatives to evolve our Service Desk and Self-Service Portal; Request Catalogue enhancements; an upgrade to the Helsinki release; platform migrations; integration with internal, customer and 3rd party platforms. Key Responsibilities 

  • Platform upgrades (testing and changes)
  • Service request development and configuration
  • Forms and workflow development for core modules
  • Evolve the Self-service portal for a stronger customer experience.
  • Platform integration via the API.
  • Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features and functionality.
  • Collaborate with other team members to evolve ServiceNow development practices.
  • Identify opportunities to increase the value provided by ServiceNow to Daisy and its customers.

 

Key skills (the more of these you can demonstrate, the better):

  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification Preferred
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification Preferred
  • ITIL Certification Preferred 
  • Knowledge of core Service Modules, Business Rules, Scripting, UI Policies and ACLs. 
  • An understanding and experience of Domain Separation is critical.
  • Experience with platform Upgrades, 
  • Experience with Integration (CTI, Third-Party Orchestration, Customer Service Desk), 
  • Experience with Service Catalogue
  • Experience with Change Management
  • Experience with Problem Management 
  • Experience with Knowledge Management
  • Experience with Self-Service Portal Design
  • Experience with ServiceNow for Mobile 
  • Experience with Kanban, Agile and Lean principles and practices is valuable.
