- Assistance in Stocktaking.
- Perform duties on Cash / Sales Counter
- Prepare Stock Inward Pass on receipt of stock from different units.
- Prepare Stock Outward Pass on issuance of stock to different units.
- Posting of Stock In / out passes in Tally Software by taking complete information from Store Keeper.
- Provide support to Chief Accountant
- Record, maintain and manage day-to-day transactions.
- Prepare, maintain and manage general ledger accounting.
- Process invoices.
- Support duties related to accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
- Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries.
- Management of petty cash transactions.
- Coordinate with sales team in collecting customer balances.
- Maintain, manage and update the records of all inventories.
- Perform reconciliations of banking transactions.
