We are a renowned company based in Karachi. We require a highly qualified salesperson who has sound knowledge of working in the construction industry. The applicant should be an aggressive, street smart salesperson who is comfortable working both within and outside the office. Past experience with architects and builders is a plus.
Job Description
- Initiative in finding, scouting and approaching upcoming and ongoing projects for expansion of the company’s business.
- Visits to new construction sites and liaising with Site PM, CM or Site In-charge.
- Generating sales leads and following through with sales process.
- Selling and promoting company products and services to architects and project consultants.
- Understanding decision-making processes to negotiate, convince and persuade buyers to close deals in coordination with direct management.
- Expediting resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities and building presence of the company and its offerings.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
