The incumbent will report to and assist the Office manager with Day to day routine tasks.
The incumbent must possess a very pleasant and charming personality with excellent communication skills, and must be able to communicate in english.
The Incumbent will Welcome visitors or clientss by greeting them, in person or on the telephone answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions, and book any meetings.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook for visitors and arranging couriers and sorting and distributing post.
Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for Screening, Answering and forwarding phone calls.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities if any.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
