Job Description:

The role of a Project Support Officer at Dapper is a varied and interesting one that works closely with our Australian Account Managers to ensure the three core challenges of customer relationships: speed, visibility and communication are met.

This role reports to our Head office and helps bridge the gap between our Perth and Lahore offices by providing the development team local account management support.  This will include preparation and distribution of weekly project health report for all projects, ensuring development credentials are up to date and correct, managing delivery of estimates to Perth office and with other ad hoc tasks as required by our Account Managers

The appropriate candidate will possess the following skills/qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a developer or QA would be beneficial and applicants with such experience will be viewed favorably.
  • Highly organised individual, who is a clear and effective communicator with a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent customer service skills and as this role involves communications with our international clients a high proficiency in written and verbal English is a necessity.  You will be the first point of contact for out of hours communications.
  • A Technical understanding of web and mobile apps.  This technical knowledge should be at a minimum enough to reproduce bugs and conduct Quality Assurance issues as reported by clients or Perth account managers and have the ability to Prepare User Requirements Documents for minor stages of work.
  • Experience in Cloud based Google/Microsoft Office, Basecamp and JIRA or similar systems.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work to strict deadlines.
  • Positive, collaborative and dedicated attitude towards work.
