• Work in close partnership with senior management to prepare and implement HR policy and strategy.
  • Lead the entire HR function and develop an independent HR department for DAS.
  • Assist with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the staff with the strategic goals of DAS.
  • Develop and keep updated the staff manual containing all HR and personnel policies.
  • Develop the SOP’s and its related formats and control documents to standardize the operations at DAS and strengthen the internal controls.
  • Devise policies and implement actions that enable a pleasant, energetic and productive office environment.
  • Do job analysis and prepare job descriptions and work flows against every role.
  • Conduct orientation and training programs for employees on ongoing basis.
  • Educate and mentor the staff, arrange in house and external trainings, make sure a continued capacity building of the employees.
  • Handle all personnel issues and implement disciplinary processes and carry out workplace investigations where necessary.
  • Design and implement a complete performance improvement plan and ensure its monitoring.
  • Maintain employee-related databases and records including personal files, time sheets and payroll data.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource local and federal laws enforced for the time being and observe its reporting requirements, maintaining records and representing the organization at hearings.
  • Coordination with and assistance to GM for implementation of different programs and policies.
