- To establish, maintain and update overall audit function of the company independently (internal and school audit), develop audit criteria, audit SOPs and complete reporting framework.
- To conduct pre and post audit of all vouchers with supporting documents and Field Audit of projects/schools.
- BRS, Stock taking, cash counting and preparation of various analytical reports / reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant tax and corporate laws and company policies.
- Development of policies, procedures and SOP’s and ensure its implementation.
- Reporting of potential and actual noncompliance / risks along with resolution to top management.
- To manage office, files, reports, Email, communication for smooth functioning.
Requirements:
- Master Degree in Commerce or Business or B.com with Articles from any reputed CA firm
- 5-7 years exposure of audit, finance and accounting operations/management
- Exposure of Compliance and supply chain of textbooks
- Good MS Office skills, Knowledge of ERP and accounting software
- Very good interpersonal, communication and report writing skills
- Sound independent judgement, excellent analytical skills team leader and out of the box thinker
