- Partner with Management to develop all key strategic plans and present to clients.
- Disseminate information and communicate ideas on behalf of the Management.
- Respond on behalf of the Management to issues that arise, both internal and external.
- Manage logistics for meetings, including meeting dates and agendas, reports, and other meeting preparations.
- Ensure that the Management is prepared for top-to top meetings and events.
- Develop project plans, measuring progress against the strategic and annual plans.
- Coordinate activities, set agendas, and summarize deliverables for the Senior Team, Leadership Team, Open Staff Meetings, and other staff meetings.
- Participate in the Management's internal and external communications and presentations, both written and spoken.
- Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.
- Conducting research and analysis of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
- Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
- Assessing market trends and competitors.
- Identifying threats and opportunities.
- Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions.
- Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
