  • Writing emails, generating complaints as and when required.
  • Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPI as per target assigned.
  • Handling irate customers by using soft skills.
  • Punctuality: Strict adherence to the roster.
  • Learning all the Systems and Processes as and when guided.


Communication Skills both English and Urdu.
