We are looking for people to be working in the project called Daraz Hub from all over Pakistan. Following are positions with the job description;
Hub Coordinator:
- Satisfying the customers at the store by answering their queries and complaints as per Daraz SOPs.
- Writing emails, generating complaints as and when required.
- Handling irate customers by using soft skills.
- Manage the after sales flow for walk in customers.
- Learning all the Systems and Processes as and when guided.
- Educate the customer on Daraz and all marketing related material.
- Educate the customer on Dforce and all Dforce related marketing.
- Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPI as per target assigned.
Hub Associate:
- Hub associate will be to engage with the new customers who do not know about Daraz.
- He will have to educate them about what Daraz is, what we do and how we work and operate.
- If required then able to visit to the market with team or individually for ATL/BTL activities.
- The person should be confident, have good communication skills and be presentable.
Cash Officer:
- Responsible to collect Cash and close all DRS from the riders.
- Assist in carrying out reconciliation of cash counted.
- Recording and sorting all the cash intake from riders.
Station Officer:
- Vednor Dropoff receiving and return handover management
- Helping Station officers and make Movable Units to transfer
Processors:
- Sorting parcels based on city and shipment type codes
- Sorting Items based on logistics protocols
- Coordination with 3PL companies for pickups and drop offs.
Supervisors:
- Managing Team.
- Sorting Items based logistics protocols.
- Coordination with 3PL companies for pickups and drop offs.
Riders/Delivery Associate:
- Delivering a wide variety of items and collect payments.
- Following delivery driving routes and time schedules.
- Organize product according to the destination.
