Preferred Candidates should posses the following skills:
- Be able to communicate both in English and Urud
- Have basic computng skills and be able to manage ERP
- Have a strong personality and be outspoken.
- Should have a passion for learning as the products offered are very technical.
- Having a machnical engineering background is an asset.
Successful candidates should will be responsible to carry out the following tasks:
- Communicate with customers and make sure all their needs are satisfied. Providing them after sale support. Following up with them on current orders.
- Develop sales goals and deligate sales tasks to the sales team.
- Hire individuals to manage the Karachi Branch. Final hiring decision is made by the CEO. Expansion of team through valuable individuals is essential
- Manage the store cashflow and profit and losses.
- Provide regular updates to head office in Lahore.
Package offered to selected candidate is as follows:
- Base Salary Rs.30,000 + 5% of Net Profit from Karachi Branch
- Weekly Stipend of Rs.1000 for gas and cellphone usage
