Job Description

  • Create and enforce budgets
  • Create forecasts
  • Analyze financials and provide recommendations
  • Establish and enforce proper methods, policies and principles
  • Oversee Tax bookkeeping
  • Require strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle the roles that come with order processing.
  • Ensure orders are being fulfilled and shipped timely and accurately.
  • Staffing and managing the fulfillment of employees to include all permanent and seasonal staff and Prepares necessary SOP’s for fulfillment processes.
  • Create daily order processing & order refund reports & submit to MDs 
  • Maintain records and filling
  • Explore and maintain relations and records with 3PL companies
  • Optimize and create a structure for order processing
  • Reconcile Items dispatched with inventory and accounts
