• Assisting HOD in providing professional advice and guidance on all employee relation issues to managers (including disciplinary, grievance handling, absence, redundancy, communication, and performance management).
  • Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and initiatives as appropriate and contribute to the development of the HR function to meet organizational needs.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Complete onboarding paperwork efficiently and issue contracts to successful candidates.
  • Responding to internal and external queries via email.
  • Work with HR to comply with hiring needs and resource requirements in different locations.
  • Verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Coordinate and work with the HR operations team to ensure smooth operations of HR
  • Maintaining records for applicants
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Assisting line manager in all other activities
  • Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
