Nature of Work:

  • Responsible for all aspects of training as it relates to researching, developing, designing, revising, and facilitating training programs for Dar ul Madinah.
  • After inspections prepare and share reports with all stakeholders.

Duties and Tasks Statements:

  • Use relevant technology to support instruction
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of teachers’ progress and development
  • Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
  • Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students’ varying needs.
  • Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by the institution.
  • Maintain discipline under rules and disciplinary systems of the institutions/ Maktab.
  • Apply appropriate disciplinary measures where necessary.
  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
  • Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
  • Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
  • Translate requirements into pieces of training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
  • Build annual training programs and prepare teaching plans
  • Trained new teachers regarding the general running of a class.
  • Observe and train experienced academic staff who may need to learn new things precisely.
  • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
  • Develop and implement corporate training programs.
  • Prepare no cost and low-cost material for teachers and students
  • Revise training programs content, materials (handouts/participant manuals) and tests, to include current information
  • Keep well-informed of new ideas by attending pieces of training and imparting information to the Head of Training and to staff.

Qualification: ·

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or Educational Management. Master would be preferred

Skills/Knowledge:

Minimum:

Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning styles, participative training design, interactive learning methods, systems theory and quality improvement processes, advanced consulting methods, leadership coaching, conflict resolution, group process facilitation, organization communications processes, presentation skills, and project management.

He/She will be skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and the Internet.
