We are looking for a project coordinator who is responsible to make sure projects run smoothly. Specific responsibilities will include planning certain parts of the project, monitoring its progress, coordinating meetings.
- Agile Attitude.
- Time Management.
- Conduct daily standup scrum.
- Gather daily scrum points.
- Response to client email on emails, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Manage the leads (new requirements, Change Requests, Enhancements and, New Systems)
- Maintain weekly sprints outcomes.
- Maintain sprint backlogs.
- Always prepare for retrospective sessions.
- Follow-up’s with dev on tasks.
- Develop project plans.
- Execute & Monitor project plans.
- Close projects.
- Participant in Weekly Sprints.
- Develop and Maintain Project and task-wise reports.
- Develop and Maintain Resource and task-wise reports.
- Maintain Risk Register.
- Conflict management.
- Do research and analysis on the required task.
- Training and UAT sessions.
