- Interact directly with IS users, staff or on site visits to resolve IS issues
- Develop and assist in database related applications/ERP
- Analyze software applications/ERP by several personal meetings with concerned department head and resolve all application and software/ERP issues
- Quality assurance of all applications
- Organize and implement projects ranging from small to medium size and provide assistance to all processes under guidance of team seniors
- Design and maintain expertise in flow of application process ans systems related to organization
- Provide updates and perform root cause analysis
- Prepare reports retrieve from applocations data as per need basis
- Proper documentation of policies and SOPs of all SDLC related processes
