Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Salesforce native reporting tools. Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple systems. Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Services, and Sales Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into actionable data insights. Ensure data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms, providing leadership with clear visibility into critical KPIs. Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend process improvements. Develop scalable, automated reporting solutions to support cross-functional initiatives. Partner with data engineering and business intelligence teams to align on data sources, definitions, and governance standards.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of three years’ experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles is essential. Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation is required. Expertise in Tableau for dashboard creation and data storytelling is necessary, along with hands-on experience using Salesforce reporting and dashboard tools. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are critical, with the ability to present data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and automation is considered a plus. Prior experience supporting Customer Support, Services, or Sales Engineering teams is preferred.
