Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for business data inquiries, delivering timely and accurate responses.
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions following engineering best practices and utilizing various reporting tools.
- Continuously enhance reporting processes to improve data accessibility and usability across teams.
- Quickly interpret business requirements and create innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Support business units by translating complex datasets into clear tables, graphs, and written reports.
- Present findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build subject matter expertise to define key business metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Perform regular data integrity audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
- Design and evaluate data collection methods, including surveys and opinion polls.
- Collect and analyze data related to consumers, competitors, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an analytical role.
- Minimum of 1 year working with business intelligence and visualization tools to create management dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and managing large datasets.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries efficiently.
- Self-driven with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in complex operational environments with a hands-on approach.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and a logical thinker.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or Looker for dashboard development is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Python, R, Spark, Hive, and data lakes is an advantage.
