The NextGen Programme nurtures engineers and analysts by teaching clean coding practices, SOLID principles, and reliable system design across Backend, Frontend, Web, Mobile, Data Analysis, MLOps, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and QA. Joining the Careem Analytics team, new analysts will build strong analytical foundations and work on advanced projects using modern analysis and visualization tools to solve everyday regional challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all business data inquiries.
- Develop and maintain effective reporting solutions using engineering best practices and a variety of reporting tools.
- Continuously enhance reporting systems to align with evolving business needs.
- Quickly grasp business requirements and creatively address them through data analysis.
- Support assigned business units by translating complex data into clear tables, graphs, and written reports.
- Present analysis and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop subject matter expertise to define key business metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct regular data integrity audits to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Design and assess data collection methods, including surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls.
- Collect and analyze data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions to inform business decisions.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an analytical role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with business intelligence and visualization tools for creating management dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL and managing large datasets.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work hands-on in complex operational environments.
- Process-oriented, logical thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or Looker.
