Primary Function
- Candidate will report to company directors and will handle Bank accounts Cash etc.
- Analyze implement changes to existing financial accounting system of approvals of purchases, payments, book keeping cash register and documentation.
- Implement basic cost accounting for future company sales
- Prepare Quarterly budget on basis of historical data provided by company
- Documentation for cash/check payments and receipts
- Prepare and demonstrate basic financial statements monthly like Trail balance, Balance sheet and profit and loss.
- He will play liaison Independently with Banks and leasing companies, Sales Tax & Income Tax Offices and company auditor office
- Primarily responsible for Purchase and Sales Invoice under the Pakistan Tax guidelines
- Everyday responsibilities include Bank statement reconciliation, Suppliers Reconciliation Statement, Cash & Bank Handling
- Prepare Monthly Staff Payroll and handle other payroll related transactions
- Maintain and compare weekly expense statements and report any obvious outliers
- Should be fluent in filing Monthly Sales Tax Return
- Company accounting system is in Xero, Xero based experience would have preference
- Experience in filing annual tax returns on time.
- Candidate must be able to produce results and reports in 60 days after hiring.
- Candidate should be self-initiative and have good critical thinking and cash control.
- Preference to anyone who understand and has experience of reseller/distribution/import/export type business.
- Coordinate with Company CPA and make sure company annual return files in time.
