Data Engineer (Adobe AEP)

We are currently looking for a talented Data Engineer with specialized experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to join a forward-thinking team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) using batch processing, streaming, and APIs.
- Map and transform source data from diverse systems such as CRM, billing, OCS, and various channels into Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas.
- Ensure high data quality by performing deduplication and reconciliation across multiple datasets to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and debug ingestion issues, working closely with Adobe and vendor teams to implement timely solutions.
- Thoroughly document data pipelines, data mappings, and transformation logic to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Scala, with solid experience in ETL/ELT development.
- Practical experience with APIs, JSON data formats, Kafka messaging systems, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong familiarity with Adobe AEP’s XDM schemas and Identity Service.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in diagnosing complex data ingestion and transformation challenges.
- Experience in implementing data quality frameworks and conducting data reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
