Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to update and maintain all information into our company databases. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for managing data and keeping it organized.
Functions & Responsibilities (duties to be performed by this position)
- Insert customer data by putting numerical information from the source documents within time limit.
- Verify data by comparing it to the source documents.
- Update Existing data.
- Create and manage spreadsheets.
- Scan documents and print files when needed.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
