Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data within company systems and databases.
- Assist with daily office coordination tasks and follow-up activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare, organize, and manage documents for proper record-keeping and easy retrieval.
- Coordinate effectively with various departments, students, or clients as required.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and basic reporting tasks promptly and professionally.
- Maintain data confidentiality and strictly adhere to company protocols and policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate (Inter) or higher.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in data entry or office coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and formatting, and MS Word.
- Familiar with electronic mail systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Basic understanding of data management and office coordination processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
