The Role We Play

We aim at bridging the gap between academia and industry through relevant and hands-on training. By arranging data science classes, and workshops for the learning and skill development of students, and entrepreneurs. Our goal is to Nurture Entrepreneurship; The most important building block is to inculcate the mindset in the youth that entrepreneurship is a viable career choice. We not only help students tap into Industry Partnerships across borders and mentors but also help them Raise and direct Capital.

The Role You Will Play

  • As an Operations Manager, he/she pro-actively participates in all aspects of business development and management from operation to finance to marketing to human resources.
  • Reporting to the Sr Director Academics, they are assigned overall responsibility and accountability for the development of DIP strategies and policies.
  • Oversee the organization's operations in Pakistan
  • In charge of managing and ensuring everything is within legal compliance.
  • Support the Sr Director Academics in developing policies and procedures to accredit new agencies into the DIP network.
  • Support the Sr Director Academics in creating and streamlining organizational management systems to ensure smooth operations
  • Accounting and fiscal management include the preparation and presentation of quarterly P&L reports for the Board of Directors
  • Minutes/proceedings of meetings of BOD/ MC.
  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
  • Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between staff, executives, and Sr Director Academics, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
  • Assist the human resources department with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns
  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with Sr Director Academics and VP, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness to existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working under Sr Director Academics and VP on special projects

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
