• Complete Command on executing AdWords Campaigns, Display Campaigns, YouTube ads, Bumper Ads, Skippable ads, Display, Smart AdWords, and discovery campaigns.
  • Complete command on Facebook and Instagram Video, carousel, DPA, Collection, Conversion and Catalogue Campaigns.
  • Must have the knowledge of optimizing social media organically and through paid campaigns.
  • Should have the knowledge of increasing engagement on growing the community on social media organically and through paid campaigns.
  • Proven record of generating ROAS from campaigns in provided budget spent.
  • Must have the knowledge of basic graphic tools and command over writing the post contents to keep all social channels alive and engaged.
  • Must be an active social media user.
  • Division and Budget split planning.
  • Complete command on custom audience building.
  • Knowledge of using Google Analytics, Facebook pixel, Google Tag Manager, SEM and SEO.
  • Knowledge of using Email Newsletters and Push Notifications.
  • Know to work with Graphic Team for out of the box creatives.
  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CPO.
  • Forecast and projection for high selling inventory and campaign planning for media buying.
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results on monthly, daily and weekly basis.
  • Maintain adequate traffic on website and manage abandoned cart rates.

Key Requirements: 

  • Preferably, have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experienced in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
  • Solid experience in Using and Campaigns execution on Facebook Business Manager.
  • Complete Command on executing AdWords Campaigns, Display Campaigns, YouTube ads, Bumper Ads, Skippable ads, Display and discovery campaigns.
  •  You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  • You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken).
  • You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
