We are hiring a hands-on Civil 3D Expert with 7+ years of practical design experience - not supervisory-only experience. This role requires independent ownership of full design workflows, primarily for housing society developments.
Project Focus:
- 80% Housing Societies: grading, storm drainage, storm sewer, water supply
- 20% Road Projects: alignments, profile, corrifors
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilites:
- End-to-end design using Autodesk Civil 3D (no reliance on others for production work)
- Develop grading plans from scratch (not just edits)
- Design complete stormwater and sewer networks including pipe sizing and layouts
- Build and manage surfaces, corridors, and pipe networks
- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs
- Ensure designs are practical, optimized, and construction-ready
Mandatory Requirements (Strict Filtering):
- 7+ years of hands-on Civil 3D experience (daily use)
- Must have independently completed multiple housing society / land development projects
- Proven ability to:
- Create grading designs without supervision
- Design storm drainage & sewer systems end-to-end
- Handle full project lifecycle (concept to IFC drawings)
- Strong command of Civil 3D tools (surface, corridors, pipe networks)
- Ability to work without step-by-step guidance
Disqualifiers (Do NOT Apply if):
- Experience is mainly supervisory / managerial with limited software use
- Less than 7 years of practical Civil 3D work experience
- Only road projects experience (no housing / utilities exposure)
- Reliance on teams for basic drafting or modeling work
