DatumSquare IT Services is looking for talented HubSpot Administrator for ISB, LHR and KHI offices.
As our HubSpot Administrator, you will play a key role in:
- Configuring and maintaining our clients CRM platforms
- Assisting with implementation of sales, marketing, and service hubs on HubSpot for clients
- Managing, maintaining, configuring and support of sales, marketing, and service hubs
- Working closely with our management team
- Providing day-to-day support on HubSpot, prioritizing and processing requests, including data imports/exports, reporting, and other ad hoc requests
- Reviewing dashboards for accuracy and identifying and correcting possible sources of error
- Managing all aspects of outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, including automation and implementation of strategies
- Tracking, measuring, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns
- Maintaining landing page, lead collection and other techniques to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and other important campaign metrics
- Supporting internal tracking such as customer onboarding, task management, etc
Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in marketing/sales support and HubSpot CRM platform
- Well versed with HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service modules
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- In depth knowledge and understanding of the business and product level of HubSpot platform
- Technical experience on HubSpot would be a plus
