DatumSquare IT Services, a leading US based software development firm located in Islamabad & Lahore, Pakistan is in the process of rapid growth and expanding its team and looking for talented Senior Automation QA Engineer with Azure and business analysis experience.
Role Description:
QA Engineer/Tester responsible for the understanding of business requirements, creation of test plans/cases per the requirements and testing the application software to identify issues before the production release launches. The individual will be responsible for following:
• Provide focused testing assistance across multiple projects and platforms as a plug and play tester
• Ability to quickly adapt, adjust and pickup all business understandings for different engagement projects
• Out-of-the-box thinker deriving test cases and testing direction beyond any user requirements
• Identifying and analyzing all defects and errors found during the testing phases (positive and negative results)
• Documenting all defects including the findings and reproduction steps for review by developers to use again during retests
• Developing and running new tests, running through regression tests, reporting results pass/fail including developer collaboration to fix issues
• Working with development teams to prevent issues with new products
• Ensuring new software products are ready for client UAT testing
