1.Assisting American based Manager on daily basis chores.
2.Coordinate calls between the clients and developers.
3.Upload call logs and other important data to CRM system.
4.Responsible for employee attendance and informing clients of any attendance information.
5.Responsible for stepping in when problems arise and will be working closely with the client and development teams to fill any communication gaps.
6.Responsible for client's account management duties assigned by the Manager.
7.Client and Employee orientations.
