Responsibilities
- Review and execute physician’s prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality
- Listen carefully to customers to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and advice
- Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures
- Liason with the Customer Service and Operations team to ensure that the correct prescriptions are being dispatched to customers
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience
- Degree in Pharmacy
- Valid licence to practice the profession
- High levels of accuracy, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a customer oriented approach
- Good administration and computer skills
