- Responsible for monitoring, measurement and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s product.
- Report to management on the performance of the different groups including the need for improvement.
- Conduct QAs and/or managers product Quality review/training meetings.
- Update Teams, leads, floor on standards, regulations/protocols and qualities issues.
- Coordinate ongoing training and new hire training on floor.
- Implementing protocols and coordinating testing session with head office.
