- Record keeping and Data Entry
- Knowledge of Ms Office (Word, Excel And Outlook)
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone call.
- Handle Inquires Via Mail or telephone.
- Work Closely with all related roles
- Give feed back to management
- Strong IT skills with ability to operate photocopier, scanner, printer and other computer devices.
- Confidence, to present and explain issues/solutions to clients over telephone calls.
- Managing patients databases and filing systems
- New Product updation on online web store and social media web sites as required.
