Credentials:
- This is a full-time position and would require periodic travel all over Pakistan.
- The candidate would have preferred a station in Karachi.
- The candidate would be required frequent visits to regional offices and construction sites.
- Candidate should have BE CIVIL Degree preferably, M.E and other Graduate
- Engineering (BE) may be considered with relevant management experience.
- Candidate must be fluent in English, Urdu, and other local languages
- Candidate must have a sound background with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Candidate may be asked to produce references.
- Candidate must be proficient in computer applications.
- Candidate must be capable of handling Planning, Engineering and Managements softwares.
- The candidate must have hands-on experience with Project Management tools, and soft wares to handle projects of medium & large scale. PMP-certified candidates will be given preference.
- Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Candidate must have a team lead and a presentable personality.
Responsibilities:
- To lead all regional Supervisor And Engineers teams
- To plan and organize human resources efficiently - the right person at the right place.
- To assess the workload vs manpower and advise
- To plan and uplift the capability of team personnel
- To assess and develop/review the work schedule for projects and monitor regularly.
- To develop a regional development plan in terms of professional staff, site, team, projects, procurement, and budging
- To furnish monthly, bi-annually, and Annual progress reports.
- To review and advise the procurement plan for each region
- To monitor the budget vs financial status of each region.
- To monitor the available skills with effective utilization
- To ensure the project completion in time with close coordination of regional teams.
- To review, involve and advise on the projects from feasibility, planning, designing, tendering/procurement, and construction in all respect.
- To liaison with the other concerned departments.
- To seek Sharee’a advice where necessary and applicable.
