Dawate Islami is seeking an experienced Management professional to lead and oversee the strategic planning and execution of key projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills and demonstrates expertise in project management, risk assessment, and communication. With 14 years of experience, this role requires the ability to manage and inspire a large team of 35,000 individuals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving continuous improvement. The candidate will be responsible for implementing effective change management practices and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes problem solving and innovation. In this role, the manager will utilize advanced tools such as Microsoft Project for scheduling and project portfolio management. They will play a critical role in assessing risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and maintaining clear project communication across all levels of the organization. The individual will also demonstrate aptitude in team building and communication to navigate challenges efficiently while supporting the sustained growth and success of Dawate Islamis mission and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget requirements.
  • Manage and motivate a large team of 35,000 members, creating a productive and engaged workforce through effective leadership and team building.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies, including risk assessment, identification, and mitigation to minimize potential impacts on projects.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and monitor project progress across multiple projects.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency regarding project goals, status, and outcomes.
  • Oversee project portfolio management to prioritize projects based on strategic importance and optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during organizational or process changes, minimizing disruption and resistance.
  • Solve complex problems by analyzing challenges, identifying root causes, and developing actionable solutions that support organizational objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity throughout all management activities.
