• Ensure all the staff in the Authorized Workshop pursue quality of the work in serving customers.
  • Monitor the affairs of Authorized Workshop and ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  • To ensure all the staff at the Authorized Workshop are well aware of health and safety precautions.
  • To control warranty cost and expenses by reviewing complaints estimates and through audits of complaints in the field.
  • Maintain conducive relations with Sales dealers of his / her assigned market area.
  • Maintain proper inventory of Spare parts so that customers can be served within 24-hrs of their complaints registration.
  • Responsible for timely collection and verification of faulty parts to control warranty cost.
  • Provide product feedback to manufacturing facilities for product improvement.
  • Ensure that all activities within or outside department are performed in accordance with established systems procedures.
