- Responsible for development of electronics components, including those with or without microcontrollers
- Responsible for development of components with local and import electronics suppliers
- Responsible for development of embedded SW to work on those electronic components
- Assist in the development of control algorithms along with system engineers
- Ensures & follows the change management and version control procedures at Dawlance
- Jointly responsible for electronics testing lab
- Assist in developing of in-house tools and procedures for digitalization of R&D methods
- Motivate team to work together in the most efficient way
- Ensure to implement 7S standards in the department
- Perform any tasks assigned by departmental head/Management.
