•   Manage cross-functional teams to execute projects within assigned timelines and budgets.
  •   Work with Research and Development (R&D) team and technical team to convert consumer insights into products.
  •   Responsible for managing and monitoring the category profitability
  •   Support category head in identifying new product opportunities and launching them in the market
  •   Reviews all inbox collaterals including user manuals and documentation to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  •   Initiate market researches to gather consumer insights and utilize these insights to develop product and communication plans.
  •   Analyze competitor performance and market trends to provide recommendations for category development.
  •   Work with cross functional teams to execute category plans to meet revenue targets.
  •   Should have good understanding of digital marketing and e-comm platforms and suggest campaigns to grow the category on these platform
