- Monitoring cash management & Transaction banking functions of group companies and coordinating with relevant teams.
- Management of funds for daily working capital requirement.
- Assisting in processing finance documents – BBFS / LAF(Renewal/ Fresh/ Extension).
- Assisting in arrangement of Financing lines (funded & non-funded) from banks.
- Price/ Rate negotiation for funded and non-funded lines.
- Preparation and reporting of borrowing expenses/ finance cost of group companies.
- Assisting in Budget and Forecast activity.
- Debt, Cash & Bank Portfolio, Loan reporting on monthly / quarterly basis.
- Preparation/ reviewing reconciliation of bank accounts of group companies.
- Monitoring of sales collections with banks and system (SAP).
- Close coordination with audit teams at review and annual audits.
- Streamline relationships with corporate teams of portfolio banks.
- Managing Employee funds’ investments and risk management.
- Streamline the system/ work integration with parent company by process Improvement & Digitization
- Following up with banks for all the issues and matters related to treasury and trade.
- Controlling, recording, and verifying the bank related transactions into system (SAP).
- Negotiating with bank regarding charges related to import and trade.
- Arrangements of tax certificates and supporting taxation team operations / queries.
- Process payment runs in SAP & E-banking platform.
- Coordinate for in-house inventory and fixed asset assessments.
- Account Opening/ Signatory Addition, Deletion from bank accounts.
- Assisting in the allocation and managing of funds to enhance investment income and to minimize borrowing cost.
