Job Description

  • Responsible for Execution, coordination and deployment of marketing plans to achieve short terms & long-term brand and business objectives
  • Work closely with creative, media, digital, PR & activation agencies for implementing & executing best in class execution on all the fronts for driving brand equity.
  • Support the marketing manager in development of communication Strategy for existing & new products.
  • Take lead in initiating & execution of the marketing plans and come up with clutter breaking ideas for driving consumer engagement & developing designs of all promotional material (POS, catalogues, market branding, recipe books, TVC, etc.) with Creative Partn
  • Work on Media plans against the set KPIs on traditional media -CPRP, OTS, Reach and Ratings
  • Incumbent also needs to evaluate run media plans based on benchmarked KPIs as per planned targets
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
  • Design develops and executes special projects such as innovative and creative ideas related to communication team or either other, related to products’ promotion as assigned by the management or self-initiated.
  • Contributes to the total effectiveness of the department, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member.
  • Handles and records invoices and forward those to the finance department.
  • Signs off the expenses of marketing (communication) department.
  • Overseeing the writing of press releases, copy for marketing materials, annual reports, advertisements, and other related material.
  • Forming annual PR strategy and Quarterly plans with PR Partners
  • Manage Product communication across the organization including creating excitement around new product/feature launches, channeling product feedback and managing issue resolution.
  • Represents Dawlance Brand proposition externally and internally. Evangelize customers, partners and participate at conferences.
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new content and marketing engagements.
  • Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.
  • Ensuring an integrated marketing communication message goes out through all the channels of communication
  • Works closely with all product managers to develop briefs which in turn would form the basis of communication on relevant channels
  • Work towards aiding and directing yearly communication strategy of the brand through his/her specific communications marketing plan
  • Ensure strategic alignment of objectives & deliverables between local and global team and execute the projects accordingly
