Job Description

  • Properly place the spare parts and display the bin cards.
  • Before receiving the spare parts make the spare parts are in working order.
  • To ensure that there is no mismatch in between computer reports, bin cards and physical storage.
  • To keep the store clean.
  • To make and send demand at the appropriate time (in advance) to Central Desk Customer Service Store after approval of Branch Manager or his representative.
  • To ensure that all reports related to store send to the Central Desk Customer Service Store in time and error free
  • To purchase those items other than spare parts like consumable items.
  • To perform any job or task as assigned by the top management
