• Must have been working in production facility for  atleast 2 years, preferrably 3 and have hands on experience of WD ASSEMBLY process
  • Must be able to work in shifts 
  • Must have thorough knowledge of MS Office
  • Must have knowledge of ERP systems and manage inventory levels as per production requirements
  • Must have thorough knowledge of BOM & it's implementation
  • Must have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & 5S
  • Should be able to manage a workforce of more than 50 people
  • Prepare & adhere to Shopfloor production plan with respect to main production plan
  • Find areas of improvement in terms of Energy Conservation & Material Saving Projects
  • Ensure Repair and maintenance requirements of all equipments in the shopfloor
  • Record and maintain proper documentation for the shopfloor which includes but not limited to FFPI, Training Records, Shift Records, Changeover Records
  • Responsible for meeting targets/objectives of the shop
  • Coordinate the activities of all the sections within his scope
  • Responsible to ensure that all activities within department are performed in accordance with established system procedures
  • Ensure strict compliance of Health & Safety requirements for the assigned shopfloor
  • Responsible to ensure Compliance of ISO 45001; ISO 9001; ISO 14001 & ISO 50001
  • Responsible to identify the training & development requirements of his staff while maintaining a skill matrix
  • Any additional responsibility instructed by Head of Department
