- Must have been working in production facility for atleast 2 years, preferrably 3 and have hands on experience of WD ASSEMBLY process
- Must be able to work in shifts
- Must have thorough knowledge of MS Office
- Must have knowledge of ERP systems and manage inventory levels as per production requirements
- Must have thorough knowledge of BOM & it's implementation
- Must have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & 5S
- Should be able to manage a workforce of more than 50 people
- Prepare & adhere to Shopfloor production plan with respect to main production plan
- Find areas of improvement in terms of Energy Conservation & Material Saving Projects
- Ensure Repair and maintenance requirements of all equipments in the shopfloor
- Record and maintain proper documentation for the shopfloor which includes but not limited to FFPI, Training Records, Shift Records, Changeover Records
- Responsible for meeting targets/objectives of the shop
- Coordinate the activities of all the sections within his scope
- Responsible to ensure that all activities within department are performed in accordance with established system procedures
- Ensure strict compliance of Health & Safety requirements for the assigned shopfloor
- Responsible to ensure Compliance of ISO 45001; ISO 9001; ISO 14001 & ISO 50001
- Responsible to identify the training & development requirements of his staff while maintaining a skill matrix
- Any additional responsibility instructed by Head of Department
