- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of stocks in the warehouse.
- Responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy in stock at warehouse.
- Monitor and maintain finished goods stock at warehouse with minimum loss/damages.
- Timely reporting and reporting of the damaged stock.
- Ensure daily cycle as well as monthly stock count of finished goods.
- Ensure safety and security of warehouse with the help of administration.
- On job training of Warehouse staff.
- Maintain proper documentations and records; making monthly progress report.
- To ensure all Stores activities are carried smoothly.
- Maintain better relationships with dealers, sale and service team.
- Ensure proper delivery/dispatch to dealers with zero loss.
- Responsible for accurate planning of vehicle trips to the markets.
- Feed data in Oracle wherever required.
- Ensure warehouse is properly cleaned and housekeeping is maintained as per standards
- Payment of all utility bills for their respective location
