• Reporting weekly to CEO/MD regarding regular input on all Outlets activity.
  • Responsible for establishing objectives and strategies in the annual Sales Plan, conceptualizes promotions for his outlets, including the successful implementation.
  • Responsible for bakery outlets performance like personnel management, products and other services and operations.
  • Achieve assigned financial and managerial targets at particular timeline.
  • Maintains Outlet staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Responsible to deal with customer’s complaint and take proactive actions to avoid such incidents in future.
  • Responsible in recruiting team professional as well as qualified staff who is dedicated to provide great services.
  • Responsible to review performance and sales of the company and ensures that the company’s profits and goals are met.
  • Take monthly inventories with their supplies and maintain an optimum stock level so as to meet their customer’s demand.
  • Participates in the annual goal setting for the outlet, the business plan and marketing plan & marketing events activities.
  • Responsible for the communicate with other departments in order make sure that customers’ needs are satisfied and met and  make sure that good handling of cash is properly followed. 
  • Responsible to check and follow up the timely payments of utility bills, Outlets rent and renewal of rent agreements.
  • Responsible to maintain the product quality and product display.
  • To check & insure the cleanliness of the outlets ,tidy store, well manager production area
  • Responsible to check & insure the daily physical stock closing.
  • To check & insure all technical & IT related equipments must be in working condition in all over outlets.
  • Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care and Manage distribution of utilities bills.
  • Coordinate with R&D department and implement new products in the market/outlets with the coordination of ABM.
  • Proposed the pre planning activity calendar regarding yearly events to the CEO/MD for proper timely implement things accordingly.
  • To check & insure all outlets staff follows the attendance log regularly.
  • To check & insure all outlets staff will be hired as per company approved strength
  • All company HR policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
