- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with software stock report
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
- Manage stock control and reconcile with software
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
- Maintain Minimum Stock levels of all products.
- Place timely orders with the factories and suppliers to ensure there are no shortfalls
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
- Guiding floor to prepare samples accordingly to standard operating procedures
- Management of Fuel includes the preparing of reports related to fuel and vehicle maintenance.
