- Pro-Active Monitoring internal and external issues and maintaining network and associated software issues and escalating/paging L2 Engineers.
- Work trouble tickets effectively and efficiently and engage Engineering, Support, QA, and other personnel in accordance with established processes and procedures.
- Document problem descriptions and provide detailed problem diagnosis with accuracy and in compliance with established practices.
- Review and update the status of problems in trouble-ticketing system.
- Assist in maintaining Operations documentation including support guides, knowledge base articles, and procedures.
- Participate in the transfer of information from one shift to the next.
- Manage changes, upgrades, improvements, and integrations.
