We are looking for a competent call center agent who can provide customer service and do sales.
- CSR will be receiving calls from Clients of USA and Canada
- Answer client's questions as well as question client to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
- CSR will be responsible to respond to customer queries on Live Chat Support
- CSR will handle customer queries via Emails & Phone calls
- Only those candidates apply who are willing to work in night shift
- This is a night shift job from 7pm to 4 pm, five days a week (Monday-Friday)
- Attractive commission structure apart from the basic salary
Qualification and Skills
- Minimum Education. O Level/Intermediate
- Fresh or Experienced Call Centre agents can apply
- Should have English conversational Skills
- Must know how to operate computer
PS: This is a full-time night-shift job (7:00 pm to 4:00 am)
