Need Urgent Operations Executive with bellow
- Handling of Air/Sea shipment
- Communicate with foreign agents.
- Check draft AWBs/BLs(get from agent and send to customer for approval)
- Providing solution to resolve problems during handling of shipments
- Dealing with customer and update them status of conisgnemnt on daily basis
- Talk to customers about their needs.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding Operations. .
- Make decisions and solve problems.
- Direct handling Air Import/Export operations.
- Dealing with airline/shipping line for rates.
