We are hiring a civil engineer for our Dubai based construction company. Candidate should have following skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Good knowledge and use of related IT applications and Primavera and Microsoft Project.
Report writing skills
Time and conflict management
Budgetary awareness and control
Once hired you will be responsible for:
Estimating, surveying, tendering and costing of the project
Budgeting, planning, staffing and scheduling of the project
Initiate, arrange and allocates material and labor resources for the assigned project
Read and understand construction and other drawings, specifications and other
technical information, and advise others of the same
To raise technical queries where information conflict exists or is missing, and act on responses
Prepare project status report and works to ensure plans to adhere to contract specifications
Using construction management software packages to plan smooth work flows
Complete project documentation
Communicating with a range of people including the client, sub-contractors, suppliers, service providers and the workforce
